Access to the WEBSITE by the USER is free of charge and, as a general rule, free of charge. The USER is not required to provide any compensation to enjoy it, except for the cost of the Internet connection provided by the provider of this type of service contracted by the USER. VII. POLICY ON INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY.

Voglia de México SA de CV, either itself or as an assignee, is the owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights of the WEBSITE, including the source code that enables its operation, as well as the images, audio or video files, logos, trademarks, color combinations, structures, designs, and other distinguishing elements. They are therefore protected by Mexican intellectual and industrial property law, as well as applicable international treaties. VIII. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION.

Voglia de México SA de CV reserves the right to pursue any civil or criminal action it deems necessary for any improper use of the WEBSITE, its contents, products, or services, or for any breach of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS. The relationship between the USER and Voglia de México SA de CV shall be governed by the laws in force in Mexico, specifically in Guanajuato. Should any dispute arise regarding the interpretation and/or application of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, the parties shall submit to the ordinary jurisdiction of the courts that correspond according to the law of the state to which reference is made.

IX. PRICES

  1. Product prices are those indicated on www.passiniwax.com, www.vogliacolor.com, www.vogliahombre.com, www.iridiumprofessional.com, www.s2.com.mx, www.alfaxy.com.mx., in Mexican pesos, which include the value added tax (VAT) in the terms established by the current tax law at the time of purchase.
  2. Shipping costs must be covered by the customer, in addition to the price of the products. Voglia de México SA de CV may offer discounts on these costs or subsidize them under certain conditions, which will be duly communicated on the applicable website.
  3. Any additional costs to the product price that the customer must cover in order to complete the purchase will be properly itemized before making the purchase, as well as at the time of payment, to ensure complete certainty for the customer.

X. EXCHANGE, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

At Voglia de México SA de CV (Passini, Voglia, Voglia Hombre, Iridium, AlfaXY, S2, Iriplex), we are aware of the inconveniences that can occur when placing an order online. That's why we have provided policies for refunds, returns, and order cancellations. Exchanges or returns will only be accepted in the following cases:

  • If the product arrives at its destination severely damaged;
  • If the product received is incorrect or does not match the product requested by the customer;
  • If the product has a manufacturing defect.

Changes, returns, or cancellations will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • If the item was tampered with by third parties;
  • Improper use specified in the manual;
  • Damage caused by improper connection;
  • Cancellation of subscription to the website where the purchase was made;
  • Promotional items and gifts given with the purchase of a product.

To make a change or cancellation, the following procedure must be followed:

  1. The customer must request a change or cancellation within the first 3 calendar days after the package has been delivered to the address requested at the time of purchase.
  2. The customer must contact customer service at ecommerce@voglia.com.mx or by phone/WhatsApp at 477 276 1325.
  3. The customer must explain the reason for requesting a change or cancellation of their order, sending sufficient and clear evidence to demonstrate the defect in question.
  4. Voglia de México SA de CV will evaluate the evidence to determine the resolution of the complaint and notify the customer.

Considerations:

  • If the customer accepts a replacement of the product, the refund or cancellation will not proceed.
  • To exchange a product, the customer must return the products in their original packaging, along with any accessories they may include.
  • Voglia de México SA de CV will send the customer replacement products within a period of no more than 5 business days after receiving the returned product from the customer.
  • If the customer does not present sufficient evidence, the change or cancellation will not proceed.
  • If the customer does not accept an exchange and prefers to cancel their order, a refund will be issued using the same method used at the time of purchase, within a period of no more than 30 days, provided the customer has returned the product and Voglia de México SA de CV has received it.
  • The customer is obligated to return the product(s) in the same condition as they received them and without having used them. This means that they must be returned in the original packaging and labeling, in the same box or envelope in which they were sent, or, failing that, in a similar format that guarantees their return in perfect condition. A copy of the payment receipt must also be included in the package.
  • If Voglia de México SA de CV does not have the same product to be replaced, it may offer the customer a different product of the same value and that meets the same functions and characteristics as the one requested.
  • The above provisions apply only to purchases made online.
  • Returns or exchanges for purchases made at a Voglia de México SA de CV store or associated retail location cannot be returned or exchanged online. Returns for online purchases will not be accepted for return or exchange at a physical store or counter.
  • The return of defective products will be made through the parcel service that Voglia de México SA de CV indicates to the customer, for which a guide number will be generated, either requesting that the company go to the customer's address to collect the shipment, or by the customer going to the corresponding office. It is important that once the electronic guide is received, the customer has 7 calendar days to request collection or go to a parcel office to deposit the package.
  • Returned products will be sent to the address provided by Voglia de México SA de CV to the customer.
